ReRun is just a very simple "One Hour" program by the person (or people?) at DonationCoder. All it does is just re-runs the programs that are on the startup list that are not already running. That is literally all, but it is a good program, and very useful, especially since it's standalone, tiny at 208kb, portable, and even open source (you can download the AHK file).
